Its very hard to read KOT when there is no blank line between menu items

a blank line between each menu item would help the chefs clearly see what are modifiers and what are meal items

Using the Linga Receipt printer which may merchant use in the Kitchen as heat with thermal printing is not an issue, we need to be able to have the kitchen printer work with a Buzzer to let the Kitchen Staff know a Ticket has been printed.

Currently, the "Print Included Modifiers" Option is disabled. But when we order an item that prints to both kitchen printers, one doesn't print the included modifiers, and the other does.

We recently installed some Bixolon SRP-275III impact printers (ethernet) and they print very slowly. The customer immediately asked about increasing the speed. We usually use Epson, but have had trouble finding inventory.

Anyway, I spoke with Bixolon and they are telling me there is no way to change it when using ethernet and that any change in speed would have to come from the POS so I wanted to put this out there and see if anyone has any ideas or if there is something that can be done on the software side.

It would be very helpful if you could program a button(s) to resend highlighted food items or drinks items to printers, instead of only being able to resend the entire check.
