Hello, I wanted to update this request. Originally I posted this to help reduce the amount of customer support tickets that we need to coordinate with Linga on, however, a new issue has been discovered. We have seen customers creating multiple accounts whenever they wanted a free drink with a recent case being a customer who used 5 different accounts within a single day! I realize there is no 100% solution to this as email accounts can be freely created but there is a huge difference between the added need of creating a 3rd party account and verifying the account. This should be an easy way to add an initial hurdle to help prevent account abuse.
Hi Hardy we are on 5.2(1.6) of CloudPOS. I just went and re-tested this at a location and it does still print after only a partial payment. For your reference, the ticket where this was originally inquired about is Ticket #153687

This would be incredibly helpful. Just 1 example. If you have a modifier "Sweet" to adjust the sweet level but certain items can only be adjusted certain ways we have to create new Modifiers with only those Prefixes. If we had this we could keep online order professional and consistent without creating weird codes for functionality.
When can this be added to the POS so that it would not require KDS?
Sorry I am actually referring to the start order screen. What we would like to have is a background with our drinks on it. I believe the square box in the top middle can already be changed via the back office however support said currently there is no way to personalize the background to something that matches our store.
