modifier kitchen print name
Just like menu items, where you have the name of the menu item and then the Kitchen Print Name, the same thing needs to be available for Modifiers. The Modifier Name and then the Modifier Kitchen Print Name.

This has been implemented in the POS. Based on the Kitchen Printer name, it will be shown in the Kitchen Printer as well as in KDS.

Even better, for items and modifiers,have three name options available, POS name, Kitchen Name and Customer Receipt name.
Had requested this moire than a year ago. Any update?
This would be incredibly helpful. Just 1 example. If you have a modifier "Sweet" to adjust the sweet level but certain items can only be adjusted certain ways we have to create new Modifiers with only those Prefixes. If we had this we could keep online order professional and consistent without creating weird codes for functionality.
Definitely a good idea.
