You can add those items in a special category and restrict Category from employees. Allow only Admin/Manager access.

changed the time window to 15 mins interval. 

We have changed the immediate time to 15 mins from order place time and also changed the clock intervals to 15 mins instead of 5 mins.

We reduced the minimum time to 5 seconds. Please verify again

Hey Elena, we already have this option please make sure you add the default price on the modifier. E.g: Avocado default price is $2.00 (Prefixs: Extra: $2.50, No: $0.00 etc) if no prefix is selected then $2.00 will be applied if prefix is selected then it will override the default price.
