Yes Ryan, they need at least one KDS license. It will not work with Kitchen printers.

We do have an SMS text option available through Linga KDS. Once you bump the order from KDS, it will send the customized text to the customer. 

Joyce you can disable OLO orders by going to OPERATIONS --> POS Settings --> Disable Web Order. 

Order Throttling for OLO is completed and released to production. All settings are available on OLO settings page. Release notes will be available in Knowledge Base. 

We are already working on this, this will be resolved soon.
