Yes, the back office editing is broken. If you want to edit a customer but you don't have all the info that linga requires, you cant update in back office. It has four mandatory fields, when it should allow to save with just one field.

Buy a SNBC printer model BTP-R180II, is what I use, it has ethernet connection and built in beeping. Its not officially supported by linga but it works, set it up as epson TM88 with the respective IP address.

this can be closed now. this is solved by using the now available short modifier name.

upon checking, order numbers increase up to 3-9999, the "-" still needs to be removed and order number should be customizable in back office, ex: Max Order number (from 1 to up to 100)

Even better, for items and modifiers,have three name options available, POS name, Kitchen Name and Customer Receipt name.
