Is there any rough estimate when is this gonna be implemented?
This is a very useful (and simple feature to be implemented). See attached screenshot as an example from DoorDash.

This would be very helpful. All other platforms like DoorDash, UberEats .... and many online ordering systems do it. It's just simply adding a new field on the category/sub category level.
The POS notification doesn't have any sound. It is only a pop-up notification (the support team it is a mild sound but we never hear any sound).
The same way there is an email/text notification. There should be a phone call notification too like third party delivery companies (e.g. DoorDash, UberEats .....) do.

Just wanted to check if there are any updates on this please?
Customers always keep give us feedback about this and even myself when I go to that online ordering, it doesn't look pretty at all and looks so old.
I understand the so many development requirements from all of the modules and all other customers, but I think this is an important feature that helps restaurants keep using your OLO instead of looking for other alternatives.
