We have connected a tdynamo to an ipad via bluetooth; however, we are having issues keeping the device connected to LINGA POS. Its as if the CC reader is disconnected each time a user logs out and then reconnects when a user logs in. I have spoken with MagTek about this and they had me disable sleep mode on the device via configuration settings but the same issue is happening. Is it possible to review this integration?

This would be great! An alternative would have the system not append orders to the current order in the KDS. Splitting the KDS block orders up.

Item service charge does not apply to an employee under payroll as gratuity does.  If you add an item service charge to all items you then have to manually run reports for each server to calculate their total service for the payroll period.  Instead if it was a gratuity it would automatically show up under their name for their payroll report.
