Linga team,

The EMV company need to adapt to the new world of POS on IOS that doesn't need to have the processing sound while it is transmitting the data, we see the transaction is been processed on the iPad screen, so we know it is processing or not.

What EMV company should build, is the options to allow customers who has the new IOS POS to be able to push back the sound timing to be after the transactions is completed, so that customer and cashier both know the card is ready for pull out.

We all have to be realistic, when the EMV is facing customers, be expected that customers will react to any type of sounds, especially many customers are in their own rush to take their card back (also they are not in the credit card industry to know that sound is the meaning of transactions is in the process), so the sound does make people to think it is ready for them to pull the card.

Like I mentioned on the top, the EMV companies really need to move up the steps with more capability to use as of a simple EMV reader, or an EMV reader that is connected to POS on IOS like your software.

Linga is a big company who can make things happen, and I really hope to see you guys get this work out to benefit your clients.
