Ability to Refund Items Without Receipt

We need the ability to actually refund items without a receipt and not just refund a total amount, specifically retail items in Linga POS and Cloud POS. There needs to be a way to refund the item even if the customer doesn't have a receipt, and be able to return that item to inventory.
