Additional Charges on Purchase Order

You should add the ability to add additional charges and taxes to purchase orders. We often have merchants that calculate the intended shipping costs, tariffs, loading/unloading charges, etc. when placing their purchase orders with their vendors.

Also, it would be great if you're able to add a tax calculation for purchase orders. Often times, our merchants also calculate the tax of the items they're purchasing and want to see it reflected on their purchase order.
