Customer wants to be able to manually remove auto discounts from items on POS.

Customer Kao Thai Cuisine is also requesting this feature. They have some appetizers on a happy hour auto discount but need to be able to remove the discount when a customer places a ToGo order. When they go into discounts they can see the discount highlighted but it will not deselect the discount like it does with removing an auto gratuity.
