Hold and Fire Buttons need to be controlled in the Role so that only specific roles can use it currently been used as away for fraud

If the item is Hold and if you want to Restrict to Void/delete it, in role there is option called "Delete Unordered Item".

If enabled the user can delete the item else Manager access needed to delete the item. 

The issue here is this type of fraude can only be committed with the help of kitchen staff and or managers, even if we set the system that cannot delete unordered items doesnt mean a manager cannot it would be better to take away this option all together if required

Can we disable the Delete Unordered items access to managers too? Meanwhile, we will check the feasibility of the functionality.
