Category to Refresh after Each Order

Currently: If you open up a table add menu items from different categories, hit finish to send to kitchen, then open a new table without logging out, the system will stay on the same Category where it was left when last order was finished. 

Can we please change this to be an optional so we can also start from first Category not from last used category
