Adding to this.  Having the Pre-Auth function as an option in the Options Tab rather than having it forced upon you as you start a bar tab would help the flow of service.  I have a few sites that pre-auth mainly on busy nights, but don't use it during lunch/slow services.  We're aware that you can hit cancel, but it's an extra button press that doesn't need to be there.  

Being able to pre-auth after items have been added by selecting an optional pre-auth button would be an easy solution to this request.

Bump up for attention!

We too need this for many of our sites.  There are numerous modifiers that would be for servers to use in-house, and we want to limit what the OLO customers can see/modify.  Please put some attention to this request.
